If school is cancelled due to snow/ice, all a.m. fitness classes, including water aerobics and a.m. nursery will be cancelled. A decision on p.m. fitness classes and nursery will be made at noon. Please check here for all cancellations.

Shelbyville/Shelby County Parks & Recreation has many facilities available for rent for your next family reunion, meeting, gathering, wedding/reception, baby shower, etc.
Rentals available in Clear Creek Park:
Waldridge Center - Located in the Family Activity Center, this room will seat 100-125 people. It is equipped with a full kitchen, restroom, tables and chairs.
Conference Room - Located in the Family Activity Center, this room will seat about 25-30 people. Tables and chairs available.
Gymnasium - Located in the Family Activity Center, rent the gym for a night of sports for your child's next birthday!
Pool Rentals - The indoor or outdoor pools can be rented after hours. Price based on swimmers.
Pool Party Room - Located in the Family Activity Center by the kiddie pool, this room will seat 20-25 people.
FAC full facility rentals and lock-ins are also options!
Amphitheater - Located at Gate 3 past the softball fields. This facility can be rented for concerts, weddings, family events or profit fundraisers.
Colonel Sanders Shelter - Located at Gate 3, first shelter on left past softball fields, has wooden picnic tables, restrooms and will seat around 150.
Hilltop Shelter - Located at Gate 3, second shelter on left past softball fields, has picnic tables and will seat around 150.
James Rogers Shelter - Located at Gate 3, third shelter on left past softball fields, has wooden picnic tables and will seat 16-20.
House Shelter - Located behind the Birch House at main gate, has wooden picnic tables and will seat 25-50.
Birch House - Located at the Main Gate on the right, has bene renovated. Great for meetings, baby/wedding showers, small reunions, etc.
Lake Shelby Rentals:

Shirley Martin - Located in the primitive area
Log Cabin - Located in the primitive area

Red Orchard Park Rentals:
Red Orchard Barn - Located at Red Orchard Park, has wooden picnic tables, electric and restrooms. Can seat 150-200 people. Additional tables and chairs can be rented as well as tents.
Rentals available at Finchville Park:
Finchville Park Shelter - Located at Hwy 55 South across from Finchville Baptist Church, has restrooms. Shelter will seat about 100 people, indoor meeting room will seat 30-40 people. Meeting room has tables, chairs and a sink.
