This historic home is has been renovated and is available for your group's meeting needs. Meeting rooms have hardwood floors, and there are restrooms inside. The home is situated just across the parking lot from the Clear Creek Family Activity Center which has an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor track, and fitness area. Also, just down the park street is the Clear Creek Golf Center, a 9-hole executive course. And last, but not least, it is situated in beautiful Clear Creek Park.

Rental Rates: Entire House ($200 Damage Deposit Required @ Booking)

Corporate-Public: Industries, Businesses, Individual, Family:
Per 8 Hour Day: $275
Per 6 Hour Day: $250
Per Hour: $55 (4 hr. minimum)

Non-Profit 501-C3, Churches, Civic Clubs, School Groups, Gov't Agencies:
Per 8 Hour Day: $200
Per 6 Hour Day: $175
Per Hour: $40 (4 hour minimum)

*Tables and chairs not in house must be rented by renters. Tables and chairs are available for rent at the Park Office in the Clear Creek FAC at above Birch House address.
